Membership Categories and Fee for schools/universities
The fee structure has two categories which takes into account the difference in per capita income between the following countries. Check the document: Membership- level country
- Schools from category A- Countries pay a yearly fee of 200 EUROS
- Schools from category B- Countries pay a yearly fee of 100 EUROS
The annual membership fee can be paid online by bank transfer. Once paid, you automatically get a receipt.
You will then receive a coupon to grant free membership for your personnel wishing to access the restricted contents too.
Membership for Individuals and Collaborators
There are two kinds of individual memberships. As an single person, you pay 30€. As belonging to a member school (collaborator) you can get free access to members area. Ask to you school contact person for a coupon.
These memberships will give you the ability to
- Create a personalised profile
- Interact with other EASSW members in the Forum
- Access to restricted contents
- Paying individual members can vote at the General Assembly.The free collaborate members can not vote at the General Assembly (only through their school membership)

- Share a coupon to grant free individual membership for your personnel/students/participants
- School members can vote at the General Assembly through their school representative
